Most hardware stores or Phnom Penh Electric. Getting harder to find halogen bulbs though, might be worth converting to LED.

In halogen, they’re usually labeled mr-16 , I believe the led equivalent is gu-10.
Make sure you get the 12v version, or remove the transformer and get the 220-240 ones.

There is a bunch of electrical and lighting stores on Monivong near Orussey that will likely have these. But if they have LED the same size they are much more energy efficient.
