Cambodia News (Kandal): On December 6, 2020, a suspect was arrested after stealing a cow and attempting to sell it on national road 4, Angsnoul district, Kandal. The victim was identified as Leas Sokkheng, a 50-year-old woman, a farmer.

Before the incident, the woman farmer took 3 cows to be tied at the scene. As the suspect left Toteng Thnol market, on the way out he saw three cows, so he stole a female cow, and attempted to take it away to sell it. Then, the police on patrol stopped the suspect for questioning and they found out that the cow had been stolen.

The suspect admitted the crime, but said that it was his first time. The suspect's case was prepared following the legal procedure.
