Yes you can, but both parties need to have their own separate accounts, linked to the joint account. Tou then use your separate personal accounts to set the app up and you both will have 2 accounts linked on the app.
But it's not a true joint account as only one person has access to the card/account on the app. You can't both transfer from that account AFAIK. A bit annoying.
That used to be the case, but not anymore. I used to be the only one who was able to transfer from the joint account, but since the start of this year my wife also can.
