Chinese Man Beats Khmer Wife in Domestic Violence Case

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 23, 2020, at 8 pm, police received a report of domestic violence committed by a Chinese man who cruelly beat up his Cambodian wife, at a house no. 67B, Sangkat Beung Kengkong, Khan, Beung Keng Kong, Phnom Penh. The Chinese man was identified as Chen Sea Le, 42 years old, and his Khmer wife, who was the victim, Chiev Suyngeng, 31 years old. The couple have 2 daughters.

The husband hit the victim on her head and body, and she received injuries on the neck, the head, the left eye, the right knee, and the left elbow. On November 25, 2020, at noon, the police arrested the Chinese man and took him to the station for questioning and case preparation.
