Getting a 10 year driving license?

Is the procedure still the same? i.e. You have to go through a driving school and take the test or is there a shortcut if you have a foreign license and willing to pay?

No. It’s either the 10 year test in PP or convert your valid foreign license to a 12 month Cambodian license.

No. It’s either the 10 year test in PP or convert your valid foreign license to a 12 month Cambodian license.
Does the 12mth conversion require any sitting test or test?

nope

except for the waiting test while they prepare your license.
