Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): A 28-year-old man, Sorn Dara, was arrested for snatching a phone from a 4-year-old boy on November 6, 2020, at 2 pm, in Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a 32-year-old man, Chab Sokny, gave his 4-year-old son a phone to play at their shop. Shortly afterwards, the suspect arrived at the scene, driving a motorbike plate PP1AC-6304, and he went into the shop, and bought a bottle of water. Then, he drove off on the motorbike about 100 meters. Having second thoughts, he then turned around, went back to the shop, and snatched the phone from the little kid.
The thief drove off on his motorbike with the phone, trying to make a fast getaway. Meanwhile the kid was crying buckets, and his mother was screaming for help. The victim's father and some other people chased the suspect until the Sangkat Kambol district hall, where the suspect smashed into a car and got captured by the local people who gave him to the police for punishment. However, the victim's phone was lost in the accident when the suspect crashed into the car.

The police are preparing the case for submitting to the court following the legal procedure.

Not at all, i'm all for the ipad directly at this age, and it makes at bit of business for some lucky shop, which is positive, right ?
