3 Khmer Police VS 1 Fruit Seller Lady at Market
The clip doesn't get the beginning of the altercation on video. The Cambodian police seem to be the on-duty security for the market.
Can anyone verify which market? Maybe Daeum Kor Market ផ្សារដើមគរ ?

Re: 3 Khmer Police VS 1 Fruit Seller Lady at Market
3 dudes to subdue a woman that weighs 55kg at the most and hasn't any martial arts training and they can't even do it! That's just embarrassing. Does anybody know what this woman did to warrant this sort of treatment? Also, the Phom Penh police force are a bunch of clowns.

I thought they showed restraint.

I shouldn't laugh at that comment because it's true but...LTO wrote:Really. In the US she would have been tazered or shot dead.General Mackevili wrote:I thought they showed restraint.

No she would have been let go and even given a lift home in a police car.LTO wrote:General Mackevili wrote: Really. In the US she would have been tazered or shot dead.
The new law in the US is that cops can only tazer unarmed black guys.

Re: 3 Khmer Police VS 1 Fruit Seller Lady at Market
A whole heap of things could have happened before the beginning of this video. The woman is a seller from what looks to be Orrussey market. She had a problem with a specific man and she's aggressively asking the police to help her with the problem. They keep telling her to calm down and quiet herself to a less hysterical state, but she hits out because she thinks they're not helping or willing to (help). The police then say that "the problem's over and the man's gone so sit down, and shut up." Someone tells the police "put it in your pocket!" (Whatever 'it' is). That's when she puts her hat back on and goes about her business.
