Sending a traditional fax in Siem Reap.
Hi guys
I have to send a traditional fax to my bank in Australia. They will not accept anything else. I went to the post office, but after 3 attempts I was told it wouldn't send. I then rang my bank to reconfirm the fax number and it was correct.
The bank lady also told me that its best if its not an instant fax, but a delayed /memory fax, as these are usually more successful at getting through.
I went to an expensive hotel to ask if they had a fax machine, but they did not.
I feel my last resort may have to be to go to the Australian embassy in Phnom Penh to send the fax, which would be very annoying, because as you know I'm in Siem Reap.
Does anybody have any knowledge or advice they could provide?, thanks.
Kind Regards,
Private Nuts.

Assuming they haven't shut down due to 2020; Siem Reap City Angkor Boutique had a fax machine.
I'm sure many of the snottier hotels up there also have.

Why not use efax.com? The electronic fax is received by the recipient in exactly the same format/protocol as a paper fax.

PP post office has a fax service, maybe SR PO does as well?
