Foreign Man in his Underwear Stabs Tuktuk Driver on St 136
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 4, 2020, at 1:25 am, an unidentified foreigner was arrested for stabbing a tuk-tuk driver in the neck with a knife on street 136, Sangkat Psar Kandal1, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. The victim was seriously injured and was sent to the hospital immediately.
The foreign man was sent to the police station for questioning following the legal procedure.

Been a lot of shit on that street lately. A foreign friend got jumped on Sunday night by 8 locals to get his phone.

Word up on the police work here, the video makes their work look bad with the "news reporters" blackmailing away live. The news reporter guys are close to the truth when it suits them. No offense to the cops at all I admire what they do here and their ability to play junkie when they are all there and ready to deliver. Never forget folks, the police here know everything and if they want to know more they can adapt and gather that info quickly. All the more reason to be nice to people out there when you can. Show respect and do not break any laws and you will have no problems. The police here are committed to keeping things going and getting along. Kudos to the police out there and keeping us all safe, those news reporters need to chill. There was no blatant attack on the guilty that he did not have coming, he's lucky the cops saved him from a mob.
