Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanouk Province): Major General Chuon Narin, Provincial Police Commissioner, said that the police cracked down on aggravated intentional violence and use of illegal weapons, arresting four Chinese criminals for an incident which occurred on October 29, 2020 at Borey Kuch Asia, Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville..
This case occurred because on the day of the incident, the victim went to demand money from the suspect which led to a violent argument where a pistol was fired and the victim was stabbed. The suspect, Li Xin, who is a bodyguard for club owner Ran Shubing, fired one shot and stabbed the same Chinese victim four times.


The two victims, one seriously injured, are currently being treated at a hospital in Sihanoukville.
1-Name: Li Hai Yang, Male, 38 years old, Chinese, Occupation: Construction contractor in Asia, living in Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville (Mild Injury).
2-Name: SONG WEN LONG, Male, 33 years old, Chinese, Occupation: Real Estate, Residence: Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville (Severe Injury).

The four suspects are named as follows:
1-Name: JIANG NAN, Male, 35 years old, Nationality Chinese, Occupation: Owner of One Tong Liu Consort Company
2-Name: RAN SHUBING, Male, 47 years old, Chinese, Occupation: Manager of Casa 2 Entertainment Club
3-Name: LI XIN, Male, 40 years old, Chinese, Occupation: Bodyguard of the owner of Casa 2 Entertainment Club
4-Name is WANG YAWEI, Male, 28 years old, Chinese, no occupation known.
The four men are being questioned, and police have seized the firearm and 16 bullets.
