LOOKING FOR: Roommate
I AM: Leaseholder
PROPERTY HAS: Bedroom with AC in the room, kitchen, huge dining/living room, upper studio for work area, and an outside terrace/porch area. Two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a khmer style shower
PERIOD: Now! until the end of February
PRICE: Rent is $225 plus extra for utilities and cleaner that comes twice a week and does laundry
LOCATION: Bkk1, street 310. Near lots of restaurants. Apartment is on the first floor above the landlord.
