Usually it falls later in Nov.
This will be a first, ghouls floating krathongs in the klongs

i find this festival the best in Thailand and we will be sending our karthong down the klong into the sea

Easy, Loy Krathong from 6pm to 7pm, then Halloween from 8pm onwards.
