Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On October 20, 2020, at 10 pm, a sleepy truck driver crashed into a street garden and some billboards, causing him to get seriously injured and seriously stuck in the truck, on the street 92, Sangkat Khmounh, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, the man drove a big Hyundai truck plate PP3A-1656 on Phnom Penh Hanoi road, from south to north, until he came to a traffic light where some vehicles were stationary. Then, possibly because the driver was sleepy, the truck left the road and drove up on to the grassy road divider and hit some billboards.

When the truck came to a halt, the driver was stuck in the cabin. The police and the locals tried to help take the victim out of the truck, but he was stuck.
In the end, the police had to call the crane truck to come and pull up the truck so they could free the driver. He was sent to the hospital immediately. The police took the truck to keep at the police station, waiting to sort out the problem later.
