3 Likely Lads Caught Trying to Flog Stolen Moto
Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): Three suspects were arrested by Stung Meanchey III police after stealing a company employee's motorbike in Damnak Thom 2 village, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 3, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh on October 20, 2020.
The suspects have no occupation, and the victim was Un Ang, a 31-year-old male employee of a company who lived in a rented room in the village where the incident took place.
The victim left work, arrived at the rented room, and left the motorcycle out front and then went in to shower. After the shower, the victim saw that his motobike was gone, and hurriedly dressed and called his neighbor's motorbike to go find the thief.
The suspects were found, and confessed that they had taken the ignition lock off the bike to steal it, and they were preparing to sell it. Somebody (probably the owner and his friend) beat them up a bit before they were handed over to the police.

" Somebody (probably the owner and his friend) beat them up a bit before they were handed over to the police."
LOL, Do that in the UK and they would all be claiming more compensation than the bike was worth
