Fascism or wisdom?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Fascism or wisdom?

Post by mehfisto »

Yahoo has suspended comments on most online articles. BBC doesn't allow it afaik. RT does, Fox does.

Because of the election?

Threat to freedom of speech by corporate media or a wise move?

Maybe their mother told them never to discuss politics or religion. They always seem to go off topic.

Ohh the perils... of trying to catch wisdom in the oceans of toxic soup.

It's there, but it's getting to the point where the fishing spots have all become intolerably polluted.
Too much shit to wade thru before you catch a fish.

I’d say it’s neither, have you ever looked at comments on those kind of sites? Between the bots, people who forgot to take their meds, people who stole and took all the meds the other people forgot to take, and BTS supporters, the comments section usually looks like a dumpster fire on 4chan.
There aren’t enough mods in the world to edit that stuff.
up to you...
