Man Steals Cow During Flooding

Cambodia News (Battambang): On October 13, 2020, at noon, a 42-year-old man, Chreng Borey, 42 years old, had a cow stolen while he tied it 200 meters away from his house due to flooding in Don Ket village, Somlot district, Battambang.

Upon receiving the information, Lieutenant Men Rim, Somlot inspector, led the police force to search for the suspect. After a thorough investigation, coordinated by the prosecutor Ker Vannara, on October 14, at 7:30 pm, the police arrested a 24-year-old man, Seng Soben, called Hong, for stealing the victim's cow.

After questioning, the police searched for the cow and returned it to the victim. The suspect's case was prepared for court.
