Yes, we sellers polish the product. The buyer shall calculate costs, spendings until end of corona, expected revenue, what it contributes to the investors life, etc. This part is not a part of my job, however i can recommend some finance experts to get consultancy or just simple calculations and comparision with other sectors that the buyer can invest and handle with this amount of money.

When I read about "almost impossible not to profit" all my alarm bells are ringing loudly.
