I hate to say this ...
but really healthy living including regular hard sweaty exercise will probably do the trick better than anything else - and staying away from pharmaceuticals and processed food chemicals as much as possible.
And stress reduction !!!
For most people, the root cause of chronic acne usually lies somewhere in there ^^ and so will the cure.
This is not hippy stuff, it has become the accepted medical wisdom i believe - despite what BigPharma will say.
(nb, but i am not a Dr Dermo)
