Better photo.
The attackers don't look like the usual professional thugs, and the two victims look more like thugs than their attackers. It's hard to know what is going on in Sihanoukville these days.

Well to be honest most of the "Chinese gangsters" I see in the news here look like juvenile nerds or tourists. Dodgy fuckers though.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 12:55 am

Some big wig should normalise this
Clean up the streets and make a fortune in the process.
A gladiator ring -
Invites out to all the different Chinese gang factions to settle their differences quite legally on the public stage.
Khmers would flock.

I wonder what is the opinion of the Khmer persons, with the types of crime's being committed these days?
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Judging from CEO News, every resident of China city is armed. Company drivers carry sidearms, casino employees carry handcuffs and electric batons (aka cattle prods), even the poor carry knives and shanks.
Makes me afraid if things go bad in the Kingdom of Wonder and Iron Man and the BodyGuard unit pull out. Ordinary police do not look like they can win in a fight with these hoodlums. Local Khmer and Phnom Penh Chinese will be at the mercy of the new barbarian invasion.

The cutters are online gambling employees, and the two "thugs" are their managers, according to Chinese sources.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 12:55 am Better photo.
