Police Arrest Gang of Scavengers in a Tuktuk

Cambodia Breaking News, Phnom Penh: At 1:30 a.m. on October 9, 2020, a group of five male suspects in a tuktuk were arrested for going around breaking in and stealing people's property in Khan Meanchey, Khan Por Sen Chey and Khan Dangkor. They were detained at an abandoned warehouse on Street 217, Khva Village, Sangkat Dangkor, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh.

Suspect: First name: Tong Lay, Male, 29 years old, Occupation: Scavenger, Address: House for rent, Damnak Thom Village, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 3. Second name: Prum Vanrith, Male, 19 years old, Uncertain occupation, Residence: House for rent, Russey Village, Stung Meanchey II. 3-Name: Bo Phea, Male, 25 years old, Occupation: Scavenger, Address: House for rent, Russey Village, Stung Meanchey II. 4-Name: Meas Sna, Male, 18 years old, Occupation: Tuk tuk driver, Russey Village, Stung Meanchey II. Fifth, Name: Phan Sopha, Male, 18 years old, Occupation: Scrap metal collector, Residence: House for rent, Russey Village, Stung Meanchey II.

The above suspects were taken to the Dangkor Sangkat Administration Post to build a case and send it to the Dangkor District Police Inspectorate for further legal proceedings.

One of them was driving. And you can get a shit load of things and people into a tuk tuk if you put your mind to it.
