Phnom Penh: At 10:00pm on October 3, 2020, there was a traffic accident where a Camry police car hit a ZoomerX motorcycle at Phsar Dei Huy flyover along Russian Federation Road at right angles to Northbridge Road in Sangkat Obek Kam, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

Prior to the incident, a man was seen driving a black Camry car, with police license plate number 2-1970 and with the police logo on it, traveling along the Russian Federation road from west to east. The car suddenly hit a white and orange motorcycle, with license plate Kampong Cham 1R-9995, ridden by a man and two passengers, causing the motorcycle to be dragged several meters down the road.
All three people were seriously injured and were immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance to be rescued, while the owner of the car was detained by the police at the destination and handed over to the competent authorities.

After the incident, the police experts measured and took the evidence to be stored at the Office of Road Traffic of the Phnom Penh Municipal Commissioner, waiting for a settlement to be made later according to legal procedures.
