International Driving Permits - Update

No its not, would you expect it too be, there's no money in it if they did except the IDP in Cambodia. But the Khmers aparently are buying their IDPs because if they go to another country they are excepted, but with some exceptions, such has China won't except them.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

According to H.E. Sun Chanthol, people can drive in 99 countries around the world with this international driving permit and the fee of its issuance is 250,000 Riel (about US$62.5).
Plus since its only good if you already have the drivers license ( $32)
thats $94 for 1 year> MY GOD

Compare in the states a Ca 5 year license is $30 an an IDP is $20 for a year, ( UK £5.50)

I just dont get it
