WTB: supplements and herbal supplements

Post by daeum_tnaot »

Hi everyone,

Has anyone seen a place where they sell vitamin supplements, and/or herbal supplements? This kind of thing is quite common back home but haven't really seen it here.

Any good pharmacy (Pharmacie De La Gare or Victoria Pharmacy on 110) will stock the vitamin supplements, multi vitamins, fish oil tablets etc.)

As for the herbal stuff, no idea.

Pharmacie de la Gare has all that stuff, herbal + usual big pharma stuff. UCare also stock the big pharma stuff. Bodybuiilding supplements like whey protein, creatine, etc you can get delivered to your door through Nutrition Depot. I think UCare/PdlG also deliver come to think of it ..

The places mentioned can be expensive. The pharmacy at the NW corner of 51/136 has some imports from USA at reasonable prices. Otherwise you can order from eBay USA by using Cambo Quick.

Allergies, veggie and vegan aside, if you can afford to buy or import vitamin supplements, then in Cambodia you should be able to afford a diet that negates the need for them
