Phnom Penh Sorya Bus Hits a Cow in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 24, 2020, at 08:50 am, a bus of Phnom Penh Sorya company hit a cow, on national road 3, near Ang Trokeak pagoda, Khan Kombol, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, the bus, plate PP3E-9601, was transporting passengers in the direction from north to south when a herd of 10 cows crossed the road. One of those cows was hit by the bus and died at the scene. The bus driver looked for the cow owner, but he was nowhere to be found.

Then the police arrived on the scene, and they searched for the cow's owner to sort out the problem of accident compensation so the bus could go on its way.

Maybe the cow owner fled the scene like the drivers normally do.

If they are homing cows the police could just follow them.
