Before the incident, the victim took a PassApp tuk-tuk, plate no. 1HM-1859, which was driven by a drunk driver on the Russian Federation road. RIP passenger.
It's a very sad going on when you take any form of paid transport, and the drivers show only that of incapable unprofessional skills. "Both vehicles were taken to keep the police station to sort the problem out by the legal procedure". I find it difficult to understand at times, the driver was drunk, the other runs away, both showing they are not capable in their work, no responsibility for themselves, so how are they going to have any for their fares.

Always "hope" but never "expect".

All I can say is to watch out for drunk/drugged tuktuk drivers. If they seem a bit hairy before you get into the tuktuk then make some excuse and leave. Once you get in for the ride it's too late to ask them to drive 'normally'.AndyKK wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 6:49 pm RIP passenger.

It's true that if you are in a bad state yourself you might not notice that the driver is more off his head than you are.
