There is a remarkable number of these high rise deaths, all of which seem to be Chinese. This is the first Korean I can remember and I hope the Korean Embassy will force the Police to investigate this properly.

This country is getting very ugly after dark.

They should also make handrails higher in new buildings, so it is less likely that people could lose their balance and fall, or be pushed from a building.

If I was going to speculate, which I don't want to do out of respect for the deceased, I would say that there are increasing numbers of young and attractive Asian women "falling" from highrise condos and hotel rooms in Phnom Penh and other cities in Cambodia where gambling and kidnapping and human trafficking are going on.

Rip to the young woman and her family.

Explorer: spot on, they should probably make signs mandatory on all balconies, something like “danger, if you are a victim of sexual trafficking you may be thrown off here” that would fix it, don’t ya think?
