Suspected COVID-19 prison outbreak confirmed as Influenza A

The Ministry of Health said that more than 100 inmates of Preah Vihear provincial prison have tested positive for influenza A, after they displayed flu-like symptoms which were suspected as being COVID-19.

Not too long ago there were talks on the subject of overcrowding and possible chance of COVID-19 in prison. But we see with this article, 147 patients were placed in a separate room for treatment, of influenza A.

If it was too turn out has COVID-19 do you think they would have measures too treat so many, and harness the problem not too spread?
Anyone with option on the subject?
Always "hope" but never "expect".
