Foreign Man on a Sihanoukville Rooftop
Cambodia News, Sihanoukville: (Preliminary information) A Chinese man was seen climbing on to the top of a new building under construction at around 3 pm on 18.08.2020, in front of Wat Krom, Sangkat 3, City / Province Preah Sihanouk. He sat on the edge of the roof with his legs over the side, and observers suspected that the man was intending to jump off the roof to commit suicide.
CEO News: However, since no further information was provided after this announcement on a social media news site, we can hope for the best: that the man changed his mind and came down from the roof top safely.

I was in complete agreement with you when you said we can hope for the best, but then our differences became apparent when you added that you hoped he changed his mind and came down safely.
Re: Foreign Man on a Sihanoukville Rooftop
Chinese are considered foreigners in Sihanoukville? Anyway, hope he made it down safely.

Re: Foreign Man on a Sihanoukville Rooftop
I would have thought that anybody who isn't Chinese, is considered a foreigner in Sihanoukville nowadays ?

Only if you believe in superstitions, spirits, ghosts, reincarnation and various imaginary friends.
