I've never understood why anyone would buy a bar or restaurant that's already established and plan to continue it as-is. If it were making good profits under it's current business model, the person wouldn't be selling it(other than perhaps retirement, moving out of town, etc.). And if it were in a desirable location, in a place like PP or SR, etc, it would probably make money regardless of if it were a great bar/restaurant. If you were willing to pay for something in a good location and then turn it into a good bar, Maybe you'd end up making decent money at it. But all of the stuff flooding the market on this forum and similar? No way.
Do you think the parents of baby boomers whined so much when the boomers started changing society? And yet the whiney ones like to call young people "snowflakes." Hmm...
