Fact checking Trump's speech tonight

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Biden/Trump debates will be comedy gold. Looking forward!
looking forward to Kamala wiping up the floor with Pence

A Biden trump debate would be a joke, Trump would not allow Biden a word in
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Biden is senile, and incoherent President Troll will be hilarious in the debates.

(Are the Dems throwing this one?)

Both candidates prove that an oligarchy controls the economy and society.

atkins, k wrote: Fri Aug 28, 2020 4:30 pm Biden was in trouble in Wisconsin before the riots, now I dont think there is a path to victory for him that involves that state. I dont want to get political here but when they cops show up to a call involving a man beating the shit out of a women, who has warrants, a history of violence AND the responding officers know all this. Your going to jail, thats it, compliance is mandatory. We cant be letting these guys brawl with cops then getting into a weapon (his car) or going for a gun / knife. Holding these felons up as examples of police brutality is pushing moderates towards the middle.
-------------------------------

He wasn't beating a woman.

He had an outstanding arrest warrant for an incident in July. The charges include: criminal trespass to dwelling, 3rd degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. All which means he likely had an argument with the mother of one of his children. And note, he has been convicted of anything.

The call to the police involved: 1. He wasn't supposed to be there. and 2. Supposedly a man had taken some keys and wouldn't return them. We don't know if the officers knew about his outstanding arrest warrant as the 911 call doesn't mention him by name (at least the summary transcript I read).

If any of that means you deserve to be shot 7 times in the back while your not armed, then we're going to have a lot of funerals in the near future.

What took place was way beyond police brutality.

How much does anyone's personal life change from one president to another?

That's very hard to deny! The swamp won't be drained. Again.

I work with a bunch of left-wingers, so I hear a lot less complaining when the left-wing dude is in... so that's plus

Eight of Trump's people have gone to prison in his first term, so certainly some of the swamp has been drained.
