Man Gone Missing
Phnom Penh: According to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police, at 13:40 on August 27, 2020, some parents came to report that their son named Huot Siphal, 35 years old, has gone missing.
The missing man was last seen leaving the family home on August 11, 2020 at 20:40, riding a black Honda Trim C 125 motorcycle, do not remember the license plate.
If you see the man in this photo, please provide information to his family by calling 012 563012 and 070 563012. They are concerned for his safety.

Is that representative of Khmer families' concern, when they go to the police more than half a month after they last saw or heard from him?

Usually the complaint on here is that they're reported missing too early
Now somebodies complaining that they took too long
Perhaps the lad wasn't due home for 2 weeks ?

Obviously two weeks IS a long time as they reported him missing. Two weeks is not that long tho if people got work and things to do in my opinion.
