Two Phnom Penh Tuktuk Drivers Fight Over Customer
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On August 22, 2020, at 06:30 pm, Sras Chok police arrested a man a 31-year-old man, Kim Sara, a PassApp tuk-tuk driver, for attacking another driver on the street 70, Sangkat Sras Chok, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh. The victim got seriously injured on the head.
Before the incident, on August 21, 2020, at 1:15 pm, the victim argued with the suspect over a customer. Suddenly, the suspect seriously injured the victim on the head and ran away to escape. The victim went to the hospital to get treatment.
After medical treatment, the victim filed a complaint at Sras Chok police station. On receiving the complaint, the police worked with the victim to arrest the suspect on August 22, at 5:30 pm. The suspect then confessed that he attacked the victim.
The suspect was sent to Khan Daun Penh police station, waiting to be transferred for a court hearing.

If I were the victim in this situation, I wouldn't have gone to the police station and admitted that this POS kicked my ass. If that punk can beat you, what hope do you have in life?

To me it looks like the victim was hit in the head with something very much doubt it was a fist fight.
