Import Regulations
Import Regulations
Heyheyhey!
So, in little more than a month I will embark upon my journey to Cambodia. From my first year there, I sort of know what I will end up missing the most and one of these things are knives. Quality knives. As a knife enthusiast , I've noticed that it's hard to get your hands on quality knives in Cambodia (without spending a fortune at Citadel Knives). I'm not even talking about survival knives or combat knives. A bloody kitchen knife would do. But nothing. It's all this imported shit from Thailand that's made out of really poor material. So I thought of bringing some pieces of my own collection when I come over. Quality kitchen knives and maybe a pocket knife and a bowie. Has anyone here tried that? I'm just concerned that the guys at the airport will make a fuss and confiscate my belongings and I wouldn't want that. I'll not have it that some airport security cunt snatches my 90$ knife and later on walks around town with it himself.
Advice is appreciated

Re: Import Regulations
I brought my Henckels, 2 Buck knives, and all my Calphalon w/me. I didn't bring the block, so I duct taped 'em all up to avoid injuries (it made 'em too ugly for the baggage guys to steal too). I don't know what the laws are, but they never seem to check bags at PNH.
