It seems the mainland Chinese in Cambodia are working hard to soil the reputation of Chinese in general. Are there Chinese individuals or groups doing good sometimes, too? I never hear or read about it.

The raid was successful because of considerable guidance by Lt. Gen, General, Two Deputy Commanders, Brigadier General, Brigadier General, Lt. Col, Governor and Deputy Prosecutor. Everyone gets credit.

Why does it take so many Chinese to kidnap 3 people? Revenge? They owe a debt? Disrespect? To have the military come in they must have kidnapped the wrong people. Do Chinese only kidnap Chinese or Khmer also?

Is anyone getting chinese kidnapping news exhaustion?

With the sheer number of these kidnappings plus the news of chinese jumping/pushed off buildings plus online gambling raids, one could be forgiven to think most of these foreigners are here up to no good and their reputation here sucks accordingly.

It would be interesting to know what's behind these kidnappings. One could assume they are casino/gambling/loan shark debts but maybe they are also simply extortion attempts on random individuals? And the perps are always referred for legal procedure and case processing but do they get prosecuted in KOW and serve time in jails here or are they kicked out of the country to be prosecuted back in their home country?

That's a good question. If I were a betting man I'd say that they just get repatriated for "reeducation".

Sure doesn't seem like China is sending their best and brightest to the Kingdom.
