Community leaders

Post by Kratom123 »

Community leaders in the country has to be the worst idea ever. The one here is very unintelligent , no balls. Lets everything go. They are voted in by the community, but they are rigged. Nobody around here likes him . Just because the daughter is getting on well in government circles . The other day one neighbour filled in water supply to other neighbours rice crop. The neighbour complained about it, cos he is afraid of him he did nothing.
A new road has been put in , so the people got paid a dollar a metre to put in grass verges . The leaders son ripped another neighbour off $8.50 . They went there to get the money back and all you could here was the sons voice for about an hour shouting and roaring. The leader in his hammock smiling and talking like a baby. Somthing tells me this country is not destined for great things

The village chief has decided to build a public road over the family property. The family will give up 1/4 to 1/5 of the land - for road and easement, move property lines and relocate the water well, and pay for all road construction and associated costs. He is illiterate and has never read the law. Missus’s older sister has read the law. She refuses.

All the other villagers on the proposed road have given in. The construction machines and crew have now stopped. Village chief and police keep coming over and telling her to comply, because it is the law. Or rather, he is the law.
