Re: pineapple prices
My fruit sellers tell me that their pineapples are no good right now, so don't buy them. Who am I to argue ? There are seasons for everything.

Re: pineapple prices
Pineapple souvenirs can now be used as 'dust collectors' and/or 'conversation pieces' as below from the Youtube video of Mary Trump on 60 Minutes recently.
@Anchor Moy you can cut n paste one of these ones.

Re: pineapple prices
The quality of pinneapples here is pathetic. They must be local. The sellers - Luckys, Super Duper etc have no acceptance of the concept of 'perishable stock' and just leave it on the shelves rotting until it is sold before refilling the space. They don't even discount when it is near the end to shift it and make room for fresh, They just leave it there to rot.Anchor Moy wrote: βMon Aug 03, 2020 7:22 pm My fruit sellers tell me that their pineapples are no good right now, so don't buy them. Bought in Mexcio City, in March 2020 . About 2 kilos, thin skinned, juicy and super sweet and less than $1
Bought yesterday from Super Duper for just less than $1
