Best source for med term Kep, Kampot rentals during pandemic

I'm in Phnom Penh, and wouldn't mind a two month break. I'm looking at possibly renting accommodation (as opposed to hotel or guesthouse) in either Kep or Kampot. I'd get a moto when down there, so location doesn't need to be downtown.

What's the best way to find reasonably priced places, what kind of rates can I expect, and what do I get for the money? I really need something like a one bedroom with a separate work/live area and some outside access, preferably shaded (I'm very sun-averse).
