How and where to get covid-19 test

We're leaving in September and one of the requirements is to get a covid-19 test no more than 4 days before departure. Where do we go to get tested? How do we book the tests? How long does it take to get the result? How much does it cost?

I saw someone mentioning something about it in one of the other virus related threads but now can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help answer the questions.
