Community Medical Centre

Has anyone experience with the Community Medical Centre on Kampuchea Krom
I have a friend receiving on going treatment there and although she appears to be receiving appropriate treatment they refuse to issue a receipt on payment with a breakdown of costs.

I just find this slightly odd and unfortunately due to covid restrictions I am not in the country to follow this up. My friend has always gone to great lengths to keep me informed on her finances and is concerned that she can't obtain receipts.
