In the South TTP / Boeung Trabek area on street 488, the same street as Super Duper, right by stinky Steung Boeung Trabek is a garden/plant place.
There's someone in my head, but it's not me.

Then it depends where you live or what is more convenient. These places are all around the city.
What area is suitable for you?

Oddly, Aeon Mall is usually a good bet for these if you get to PP at all. Alternatively I can point you to a plant shop in TTP.
Stroppy, where is the plant shop in TTP?
Immediately alongside the sewerage canal, on Street 488.

Edit: be prepared to haggle and walk away if you only get offered a barang price, they can be stubborn.
Bodge: This ain't Kansas, and the neighbours ate Toto!

Coriander, thai basil, chives, parsley, lemon grass, sage, fennel, plus some local herbs which I can't recall the names of. I didn't plant any of them from seed though.

I have tried growing rosemary, and it was doing well, but after coming back after 2 months away at work it had died off unfortunately.

[EDIT] I forgot to mention, we are also growing mint.
Hey can I know where you got your sage seeds?
