Chinese Man Arrested for Robbery in Phnom Penh
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On July 14, 2020, at 12:50 pm, Oubek Oum police arrested a 32-year-old Chinese man from Hunan province named WEI WU, on charges of stealing people's property from a rented house in Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Som Seakmou, a 43-year-old woman vendor.
The suspect has been detained at the police station for case preparation following the legal procedure.
