I am confused.

Are you saying all wives are prostitutes?
And all marriages are just financial transactions?
Like shopping for pineapples at the market?

If you’re hiding the family jewels from your better half, then maybe marriage isn’t for you.

If the 70 year old man dies at age 90, then the 20 year old wife is now 40 years old with 3 kids in college.

Does giving up 20 years of her life (usually the best years) still classify her as a ‘gold digger’ or a financial transaction?

I believe my better half is my better half. The missing piece. The sounding board. My muse. The whole person I strive to be everyday.

Not a pineapple at the market.

Given the choice, she would rather sit with the man she loves and who loves her. It wouldn’t matter if car was a super luxury SUV, or a Tico.

There’s lots of loveless marriages in Cambodia. I feel for them. Stuck only to ‘collect’ on the marriage. And thank my lucky stars for finding the one for me. So I can spoil her lazy everyday once she’s with me.
