sorry mixed HKD with USD. Record in HK is about 2.5M HKD or about 300k USD per m2

I doubt it’s even that high or it was a one off, probably the US Embassy! No way land anywhere is that high.

Monaco is the most expensive per sq beating SG, HK, NY London etc.

back to Cambodia..

some others on this forum managed to buy (uncleared, no posts, nothing but the land) riverfront land at 1500 riel per m2. Makes 1500 $ for your 3990 m2.
work is for people who cant find truffles

Must be quite a while ago.

I considered buying river font land in Koh Sotin about 8 years ago. It was indeed around 1.500-2.000 riels per square meter. Now, the river has eaten nearly all. Glad I didn’t take the risk.
