Woman Captured Stealing Moto From Outside Blind Massage Shop

Particularly bad form, stealing from the blind.

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): A 29-year-old woman, Seng Sopheak, was arrested for stealing a Today motorbike on July 24, 2019, at 03:00 pm, outside a Blind Massage Shop on Preah Monireth road, Phnom Penh. The victim is Ly Sreypov, a 24-year-old woman.

Before the incident, the victim took her motorbike from Derm Kor market, and parked it in front of the Blind Massage Shop next to her house, but she forgot to take off the key. When she went inside her home the suspect stole her motorbike and drove away. The victim's husband saw the suspect was driving his wife's bike, so he shouted for help and a guy passing on his moto gave him a lift to chase the thief and they caught her on Monireth road.

The suspect was delivered to the police station for case preparation.

I bet the thief was blind. A normal thief would know a pink Today is hard to hide in a traffic jam of black Dreams.

Motorbike theft at night is dramatically increasing these days. We recently had 3 cases within a month (thanks to the GPS trackers we got all 3 bikes back within a few hours).

She did the blind person and every other road user a favour. Allowing blind people loose on the Kingdom's carriageways leaving untold destruction and death in their wake is PC gone nuts.

On a serious note, I'd rattle that; she'd scrub up well. They use 'beautiful woman' on some heifer that's pilfered a tin of tuna from a 7-11. Go figure.

There's a blind massage guy in Kampot who rides a scooter around. I think he is merely "legally" blind. Just like Stevie Wonder.
