I know exactly who you are speaking of. He's an American guy who claims to be from Santa Monica, California. He just sat down next to me at GSM a few months back. He wreaked of body odor. He was tweaking out on meth but seemed harmless once I told him where I'm from. He actually bought me a few beers. He was body sweating and for sure on amphetamines. Other than that, he caused no problems and was actually polite to the staff. Everyone sort of just.... Laughed at him but let him be.
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...
