Well, you probably not do that in your country because society look down on you unless you very rich in which case you don't care.

But for expat living in Cambodia has to decide:

1. do I keep my western hat on and think no, this is not right.....or

2. think this is Asia and the standards and values not same as in their home country and have to adapt

Like in Thailand...many rich man have many wives and Thai people do not look down on him. The old king try to change that but the new one go back to old style. You cannot do that in your home country.

No problem if you want to come live in Cambodia and keep your own country standard but at the same time, other expat think different and adjust to local social environment.

Some people say you exploiting the local people doing that. I'm not sure that is true.. What about some NGOs and missionary people come here and think they know what is best for Cambodia people?

I must ask out of curiosity, what is your nationality? I'm thinking well-spoken Khmer after looking at your posts. am I right?

Just took a second look at the title of the post...

The foreigners are old men, while the women are young girls.

Sorry, they are all adults.

Also, if one never looks for their soul mate, there is a 100% guarantee they will never find him or her.

I am blessed every day, even if took decades to find her.
