Kandal Woman Dies in Midnight Car Accident

Cambodia News (Kandal): On June 28, 2020, at 12 am, a young woman alone drove her car, plate no. PP2BG-7274, into a dirty lake in Sangkat Deum Mean, Takmao city, Kandal. The reason for the vehicle leaving the road and the resulting accident has not yet been established.
After about an hour after the event, some local people saw the car floating in the pond and broke the car window to assist the victim, but unfortunately the young woman was already dead.

The victim was identified as Mean Chanvoleak, a woman aged about 30 years old. Her body was taken out of the lake and returned to the family for funeral preparations. RIP.

I wonder if her phone still works? Would be an indicator of what she was doing at the time of the "accident".

Ppl know her say that she goes live while driving fast in heavy rain condition, it is not confirm yet.
