Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

£946 direct with Asiana. There are some agents showing cheaper but they should be avoided at the moment. It's £1045 as of today.

Korean was £823 on the Sunday and by last Monday it was £1150, so I booked Asiana. Glad I did.

Asiana have cancelled their Tuesday service from London to Seoul. This was one of two flights able to connect to Phnom Penh, the other being the Saturday service.

Your options for a one airline solution from the UK to Phnom Penh is now the Saturday service with a Sunday connection to PP. Looking at the Saturday flight seat options, it has made very little difference to availability, of which there is plenty.

Thanks to @antonio66 for the info.

There are now flights are available between LHR and Cambodia with Eva air, from August, transiting through Taipei.
Date chosen at random in August gives examples here:

There are quite a few showing for August, but all need their transit airport to open first.

That Eva air is also via BKK with a 10 hour layover. If Thailand is prepared to let us into their airport for 10 hours, then they must be prepared for us to transit direct to Phnom Penh, flights permitting, and there's little sign of that at the moment.

Traveliing from the Uk may be an issue for some time as we are one of the bad boys who have not properly controlled the virus. Recently Greece opened its borders to all Eu states excpet the UK and Sweden who are considered too risky. I am living with hospital key workers and they have been warned to expect a secondwave starting in Spetember due to the premature relaxation of lockdown in the UK and the fact that huge numbers of peoplehave recently ignored precauitons celebrating Liverpools win, 500,000 cramming onto beaches, illegal raves in London and now leicester is under lockdown due to rising rates. We are still losing around 150 people a day to covid. It may be there will be a window before September but if you can you might have more luck going to a country which has things better under control and staying there for a coupel of weeks. I think travel between thailand and say Germany or even Spain will open up before Thailand and the UK. Go get amonths R&R in a safe country while you can

Transit through Taiwan is now open. But restricted to certain areas, no more the 8 hrs, with temperature checks. People on business can enter Taiwan with a 14 day quarantine. No tourists are allowed to enter Taiwan.
