I did get kidney stones, and a bladder stone. I'm not sure why I got them but I can say I had two sessions of lithotripsy (ESWL) with Dr Pommy and his Thai team at the Royal PP and it was successful. We are lucky to have such a good team and such a good ESWL machine here in Cambodia.

Only 2 of these tips are essential.

1 Drink over 2.5l water per day.

2 Don't be a fat bastard.

The rest are not fully compatible with a healthy lifestyle and diet.

I think it was around $2500 for two sessions. The machine is fourth generation so they can give you more shots and they are more on target than is the case with the older machines used in most other hospitals in all countries. In addition to the sessions you must pay doctor fees (reasonable), meds and diagnostics (expensive). It is worth looking to have the CT scan and the ultrasonography done elsewhere.
Yes, I have not ignored beer. In fact Dr Pommy recommended it for post-treatment, so I have redoubled my intake.
