CEO dinner/drinks for November

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

CEO dinner/drinks for November

Post by Mrs Stroppy »

It must be time one again for dinner/drinks of the CEO crew, a chance to meet up with our without your SO. So who's interested? Personally I'd like to arrange it before the MIL arrives for a visit on the 28th.

Are you organizing the next informal meal? Otherwise, perhaps you can nominate the next organizer...

I wasn't aware that I was nominated/offered to organize this one? I am one forgetful guy, though. Did I say I would organize this? That doesn't sound like my lazy ass.

Yeah, my schedule is iffy with the new job. So I would gladly defer my responsibilities to someone else. I apologize if I did say I would organize it.

A lot of people know of L'Orchidee over in the Russian Market area. Patrice, the owner is a great guy. Cheap beer jugs, great food. Free mozzie spray . Great layout.

If I were to organize this, I would just say lets meet up at L'Orchidee in the Toul Tom Pong area. Few streets south of Angkor Mart there.

Other than that , I would choose a nice Khmer BBQ ( Korean BBQ) place around the same area.

How does Orchidee sound for everyone?

The wifey and I have eaten there over 100 times so I could easily have the floor with a few tables reserved for us. He would trust me to come through on it. Once again, he is a great host.
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...
